With rounded two-piece skull joined down a high medialcomb and fitted at the nape with a tapering tubular plume-holder, peak and bevor attached by common pivots with domed heads , flat obtusely-pointed peak , the bevor shaped to the chin and cut with a U-shaped face-opening, the face-defence and bevor each secured at the right side by a swivel-hook and stud, and two gorget-plates front and rear, the lower front one descending to an obtuse central point, the main edges of the peak and lower gorget-plates accompanied by recessed borders, those of the latter occupied by square-headed lining-rivets.

In good condition with overall dark rust pattination.
