44½” overall. 29”, carbine bore barrel with 7 groove rifling, Tower private proofs & HN (Henry Nock) barrelsmith’s mark, fixed rear sight, stamped ‘London’ on top flat. Ordnance lock with Tower on tail & Crown GR, Ordnance stamp, inspector’s mark internally with ring neck cock, semi-waterproof pan. Walnut full stock with slot & rifle cheek piece. Brass mounts consisting of butt plate with rack number 27, scroll trigger guard & ramrod pipes. Two sling swivels, heavy flat ended ramrod.
Circa 1805.
In good condition, good bore. Ramrod correct pattern but later.
