13 ¼ ” overall with 8 ¼” 22 bore two stage barrel, round to octagonal, inlaid with gold maker’s marks. Miquelet lock with, flat lock plate, tail formed as a monster's head chiselled in high relief, frizzen en suite. The cock inhabited with masks and a cherub. Walnut moulded and carved full stock with silver mounts including trigger guard, long eared butt cap with side plate and ramrod pipes, all silver mounts deeply chiselled with scrolling foliage and masks, original silver tipped ramrod with worm.
A very attractive and high quality pistol in good condition.
