A Fine Cased Pair of Rogers of London Percussion Duelling Pistols. 16 ¾” overall. 10 ¼” octagonal sighted 25 bore barrels each signed along the top flat ‘London’. Two gold lines at the breech, adjustable fore sight, Post 1813 Birmingham Proof stamps on underside. Rear sight on scroll engraved tang. Scroll engraved back action detented locks signed ‘Rogers’ with foliate scroll engraved flat dolphin hammers, set triggers. Figured walnut half stocks with chequered butts & flat bottoms with German Silver band. Spurred trigger guards decorated with scroll engraving, trigger plates each with pineapple finial, German Silver fore end caps, barrel bolt escutcheons & escutcheons. Ebony ramrods with German Silver tips both with worms. In their original campaign style oak case with original accessories including black leather covered bag shaped powder flask, WD bullet mould, loading rod & jags, Irish style turn screw & nipple key & cap tin.

In very good condition much original finish, barrel underside and lock internally stamped with H.M. makers mark.
