49” overall, 33” heavy .577 barrel rifled with 5 grooves, ladder rear sight to 1000 yards, bayonet lug. Border engraved lock signed ‘Wilkinson London’, with nipple protector. Fine walnut stock, iron regulation mounts, iron ramrod. Trigger guard tang engraved ‘J. W. Harrison 3.B.P NW’

Circa 1860.                                                                                         

In very good condition with mint bore. 

W. Harrison was a Ballarat policeman and noted prize winning shot.
