38” overall, 20” round barrel with full length tube magazine with blade foresight and ladder rear sight, withs ‘MARLIN FIRE-ARMS CO.NEW-HAVEN’ address to the top with patent dates and ‘32-40’ to the rear, ‘SPECIAL SMOKELESS STEEL’ on left side. ‘Model 1893’ on upper tang, the action with loading gate to the right hand side ‘MARLIN SAFETY’ engraved on top. Walnut two piece stock with varnished finish, with crescent style butt plate and saddle ring.
