A Fine Flintlock Travelling Pistol by McLauchlan of Edinburgh, 8” overall, 3” 22 bore octagonal barrel with bead fore sight, platinum oval engraved ‘Edinburgh’, engraved tang. Stepped bolted lock plate signed in platinum oval ‘McLauchlan’, engraved swan neck cock, semi-waterproof pan, roller on frizzen spring, iron engraved trigger guard with pineapple finial. Walnut full stock with chequered butt, lion mask butt cap & a brass tipped ramrod.
