15” overall, 9” octagonal 20 bore barrel blade fore sight. Signed ‘T. Duddell London’ in gold on flat. Patent breech with two gold lines and engraved tang with rear sight. The finely made bolted lock with push on safety, French cock, fully waterproof gold lined pan, roller bearing frizzen, with gold touch hole. Silver trigger guard engraved with artistic trophies on trigger bow, with pineapple finial. Figured walnut saw handle half stock with silver wire inlay on the shoulders and side plate, finely chequered butt with gold escutcheon on top flat, flat bottomed butt. Silver barrel key escutcheon and fore-end cap. Horn tipped ramrod with a worm.
