8 ¾” overall, 3 ½” belled octagonal to round barrel, flared at the muzzle, post 1813 Birmingham proofs. Bronze barrel and border engraved boxlock action signed ‘Webster’ & ‘London’ on the side flats, decorated with panels of scrolling foliage, fitted with a sliding safety catch that also locks the frizzen. Chequered walnut grip with vacant diamond shaped escutcheon, profusely engraved silver butt cap, steel trigger guard that also retains the sprung bayonet, side mounted ramrod with worm.
