A Rare 1908 Pattern Cavalry Trooper's Sword to the Royal Horse Artillery.

42 ½” overall, 34 ½” straight, narrow single edged blade with fullers, stamped at the forte with government inspector’s marks, and ‘11’ and ‘P08’ . Steel bowl guard etched with the RHA garter and Royal cypher, shaped composition diced grips. Steel scabbard  stamped ‘17’ with fixed suspension rings either side.

Dated 1911. 

A very uncommon sword in very good condition. Sword and scabbard plated for parade use.
