A Brace of Large French Marine Flintlock Bronze Barrelled Blunderbuss. 34” overall,19” round brass ring turned barrel 1 5/8” bore at the muzzle. Top flat engraved ‘Ricordo 2/4/16’. Plain French 1777 pattern locks with ring neck cocks and brass frizzen pans on lock, stamped M. Chomier internally. Walnut full stocks, bronze furniture comprising trigger guards, butt plates, fore end nose bands & ramrod pipes & steel rammers.
