35” overall, 32” sharply curved blade decorated with scrolling foliage, stands of arms, a figure of Britannia, crowned GR cypher and crowned Post 1801 Royal arms. Regulation steel stirrup hilt, wire bound ribbed leather grip. Contained in its engraved steel mounted tooled leather scabbard, the upper mount engraved with owner's initials ‘LP’, complete with gold and scarlet bullion and silk knot.

A handsome sword, blue and gilt bright, slightly rubbed to one side, grip tight, original leather to scabbard, top ring missing from scabbard.
