14” overall, 8” round .700, flat topped, sighted barrel. Adjustable rear sight, scroll engraved tang, barrel marked ’Henry Tatham 37 Charing Cross London’. Back action lock finely scroll engraved as is the hammer, with safety bolt & signed ‘Henry Tatham’. Walnut full stock with chequered butt & oval escutcheon. Scroll engraved steel trigger guard, with pineapple finial & ramrod pipes. Swivel ramrod. 

Circa 1840.
