7 ½” overall. 3” fluted barrel group, florally engraved barrel retaining screw, London Proofs. German silver box lock action, border and scroll engraved, ‘J Blanch London’ on the back strap. With double action central hammer. Walnut two-piece grip and engraved iron trigger guard bow.

In its original oak storage case lined in green baize, with combined bullet mould, small powder flask and later loading rod. Trade card of John Blanch & Son 29 Gracechurch Street, London .
