A Fine Flintlock Over & Under Pistol by Tatham & Egg. 12 ½” overall, 6 ¼” octagonal barrels with adjustable blade fore sight and double gold line at the breach. Flat stepped bolted locks with engraved bevelled edges. Scroll engraved and signed ‘Tatham & Egg’, fully water proof pans, platinum touch holes. Swan necked cocks engraved en suite, roller on frizzen springs. Double triggers, trigger guard engraved with scrolling acanthus, one piece stock with chequered butt,under barrel swivel ramrod.

Member, St. James Loyal Volunteers, 1808.
