A 1796 Infantry Officer’s Blue & Gilt Sword. 38” overall, 31 ½” straight fullered engraved Blue & Gilt blade with crown GR, foliage & trophies of arms. Folding guard, D shaped knuckle bow, faceted pommel, twisted silver wire grip. In its original black leather scabbard with gilt brass top mounts and two suspension rings.
