A Fine Victorian Generals Mameluke Pattern 1831 Sword. 36 ½” overall, 32” slightly curved flat blade etched with foliage panels & Crown VR, crossed swords on both sides, on forte ‘Badham Pile & Co Ltd Bombay Poona, Secunderabad’ Made in Germany. Gilt hilt with General’s badge, ivory scales to grip retained with gilt studs, with bullion sword knot. In its original polished steel scabbard.
