An 1891 Pattern Naval Dirk. 23 ½” overall, 17” single edged blade etched with crown over fouled anchor, Royal cipher & ‘Gaunt New Burlington’ in a tablet on the forte. Regulation hilt with lion’s head pommel, fish skin grip. In its original brass mounted leather scabbard with very uncommon twisted rope suspension rings.
