A Rare 1822 Pattern Officers Sword of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers. 40 ¼” overall, 35 ½” pipe backed blade, double edged towards the point. Gilt brass 'gothic' hilt applied in silver with the Prince of Wales feather above the motto 'Ich Dien' in an oval, wire bound fish skin covered grip.

A rare sword in good condition, lacks scabbard.
