An unusual and rare cased pair of .44 Calibre Rim-Fire D.B.Turnover Pistols by J. Rigby & Co,

9” overall, 4 ¼”  case-hardened sighted barrels with Birmingham proofs, signed on the flat on the left ‘J.RIGBY & CO., 24 SUFFOLK STREET, DUBLIN,’ and fitted with blued spring-catches on the right, case-hardened actions fitted with long-spurred hammers, safety catches, and knurled triggers, chequered grips, lanyard rings. In their fitted mahogany case lined in blue baize, complete with brass clearing rod, rammer and oil bottle. 

A very rare pattern of pistol in good condition with much original finish.Never seen a pair before.
