A Rare 1759 Pattern Flintlock Light Dragoon Pistol. 15 ½” overall, 9” round steel barrel with faint King’s proof mark centrally struck & regimental mark of 10th or 19th Light Dragoons. Rounded border engraved plate with Crown GR, Government ownership stamp & across the tail ‘Vernon 1759’, border engraved swan neck cock. Walnut full stock with ordnance pattern brass furniture & storekeeper’s stamp, Crown & GR, brass tipped ramrod.
