A Fine Percussion Travelling Pistol by Thomas Manton. 10 ¼” overall, 4 ¾” octagonal barrel with bead foresight & standing rear sight, engraved ‘T. Manton London’ on the top flat. Post 1813 Birmingham Proofs. Patent breech, engraved barrel tang, border engraved back action lock with scroll engraving, signed ‘T. Manton’. Dolphin percussion hammer with platinum breech plug. Walnut full stock with scroll engraved iron mounts, with swivel ramrods.

In near mint unfired condition with nearly all original finish.
