
A Rare Colt London Hartford Pocket Revolver. 11 ½” overall, 6” barrel with 2 line ‘Address Col Colt London’, London Proof & bevelled loading cut out. Cylinder with stagecoach scene, London Proofs & numbered ‘9315’. Action marked ‘Colt Patent’. Small iron trigger guard, grip & back strap. Hammer with cross hatched engraving. Varnished walnut grips. All parts Numbered 9315 for 1864. In its original US military style black leather holster.

In very good condition, matching numbers, much original finish, varnished grips very good, rare to still have its holster.
A rare example of which Rossa (see below) only found three other examples Nos. 9162, 9568 and 9627. After the London Factory shut unfinished pistols and parts were shipped to the Hartford factory.
