An 1899 Pattern Cavalry Trooper’s Sword. 40” overall, 33 ½” slightly curved blade with wide fuller stamped ‘EFD’ at the hilt with various inspectors’ marks and ‘sold out of service’ stamp. Steel bowl guard with reinforced edge, leather grip fixed with three rivets. In its steel scabbard with ox eye loops.
