7” overall. Formed from a forked section of brown stained natural staghorn carved in cameo with a stag beset by hounds in a wooded landscape, pursued by huntsman. Stopper with a hound and a hare, silver mounts including suspension mounts formed as oak leaves, with original green suspension cord.

Lebrecht Wilhelm Schulz (1774 - 1863) was a famous carver of horn pipes and flasks at the beginning of the 19th century.
